Got another easy recipe for you this Friday. I think we all appreciate a yummy avocado toast for breakfast or just as a tasty snack. If you’re like me and you have to eat gluten-free because of your gut issues, no worries! I’ve tried SO many different gluten-free toasts and I found the most perfect substitute for regular toast.
(You could also just have this on a sweet potato slice too.)
While the bread is paleo and clean, the nutrients in this recipe are really in the avocado.
Avocado is loaded with 20 different vitamins and minerals. They contain heart healthy fats and are loaded with fiber (especially helpful to your “regularity”). There are tons of other health benefits to consuming avocados, but let’s be honest… they just make everything taste so dang good.

- Toast your bread either on a cast iron skillet (my preferred method) or in a toaster.
- Mash the avocado in a separate bowl, or if you're lazy like me, just throw it on and mash the avocado directly onto the bread (without ripping the bread).
- Sprinkle on the seasoning + enjoy!
