Hi, my dudes!
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with watching morning and nighttime routines on YouTube. There’s something that’s really soothing about routines. It’s really cool to me that you can just choose to want to be healthier and decide to wake up and work out first thing in the morning, eat a decent breakfast, or spend some time studying the Bible.
It’s crazy how by developing habits little by little that you stick with means one day you wake up and you’ve hit your goal of being healthy (or whatever “fill in the blank” is for you).
It doesn’t mean you have to be boring and do the same thing over and over again, but actually the opposite. You’re being extremely intentional about how you spend your time and the habits you’re building that are moving you closer towards your goals.
The other day, Sam and I decided to do a date night in. It was so much fun!
We saw one of our favorite YouTubers, Tim and Jen Tracker, build a blanket fort in one of their vlogs, so we decided to make some dinner and attempt to make our own.
Blanket forts aren’t a staple in my nighttime routine, but I just wanted to show you how we made a night at home feel a little bit more magical. If you are on a debt free journey, this is a great budget-friendly date night idea to save!
We also made tacos + tried some delicious dairy free ice cream by the brand Nada Moo! Would definitely recommend this if it’s at your local grocery store and you want to treat yourself.
Let me know how you like the routine or what your nighttime routine looks like.
