If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ll know that I post about and usually drink a Vanilla Protein Shake every single day.
I absolutely love shakes and smoothies for breakfast because I hate swallowing pills, so I can throw my probiotic, collagen, or anything else I need in there. Also, it’s easy for me to digest because it’s a liquid.
I’ve tried SO many different protein powders that never really sat well with me – and there’s a lot I never bothered trying because they contained dextrose, maltodextrin, and just other fillers that did not sit well with my stomach and I didn’t feel good about drinking them long-term.

- 1-2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Spoonful of Almond Butter
- 1 Dash of Cinnamon
- 5 Ice Cubes
