1 Minute Almond Apples

I’m not a huge sweet tooth, but I do LOVE my chocolate-y desserts. If you’re going Paleo, giving up sugar, or just trying to live a healthier lifestyle, you definitely don’t have to give up dessert, though!

This snack takes 1-minute to make and has been a staple in our house this year. It really fills our sweet tooth either way we have it. You can have this without cacao nibs (if if bothers you):

Here’s the super easy and quick recipe for this yummy, paleo snack.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 Apple

  • 1 Spoonful of Almond Butter (or nut butter of your choice)

  • 1 Spoonful of Cacao Nibs

How to Make It

  1. Cut up your apple into squares.

  2. Drizzle the nut butter of your choice over your apples.

  3. Optional: Add cacao nibs for an extra, chocolate-y crunch! Enjoy!
